Your purchase, together with these terms and conditions, forms a binding agreement between you (herein referred to as “the Participant”) and Reading Genius® (herein referred to as “the Company”).
Reading Genius® programs are designed to help participants improve reading speed, comprehension, and retention through proven techniques and exercises. These programs include interactive online modules, live sessions, and downloadable resources.
Please note that Reading Genius® is not a coaching or therapeutic service and does not provide psychological, therapeutic, or advisory solutions.
The Reading Genius® programs may include, but are not limited to:
Online Learning Modules: Step-by-step guidance on speed reading techniques, eye exercises, and comprehension strategies.
Live Group Sessions: Opportunities to ask questions, practice, and learn from others.
Digital Resources: Access to PDFs, videos, and bonus materials.
Community Access: Private groups for sharing experiences and support.
Success requires active participation and consistency. By enrolling, you agree to:
Complete all assigned modules and exercises.
Attend live sessions or view replays.
Engage with reading exercises, eye yoga, and supplementary content.
Share feedback and progress when appropriate.
Set aside dedicated time to apply the techniques—consistent practice leads to better results.
Participants gain access to:
Digital Learning Modules – Access during subscription or lifetime (if applicable)
Live Q&A and Practice Sessions – Group calls for support
Exclusive Digital Library – Curated tools and materials
Support – Email-based assistance for technical or program-related issues
Sessions are conducted via Zoom or similar platforms. Access details are provided upon registration.
Note: Missed sessions cannot be refunded or individually rescheduled unless otherwise specified.
All Reading Genius® materials—including videos, audio, documents, and tools—are copyrighted and are the exclusive property of Reading Genius®.
Reproducing or sharing materials without written consent
Using materials commercially or for resale
Uploading to unauthorized websites or public forums
Immediate Termination of access without refund
Legal Action, including damages and attorney fees
Reporting to Authorities for enforcement
We may use digital tracking to ensure compliance. By enrolling, you consent to this.

We are committed to protecting your information. All shared data—including your progress and challenges—will remain confidential and used only for:

Internal improvement
Group session reviews (recordings may be used internally)

Program fees are due in full prior to access. Payment methods include:

Other approved gateways (with applicable transaction fees)
Refunds follow the policy outlined below.
We offer a 14-Day Action-Based Guarantee:
Complete all assigned modules and exercises within 14 days.
Submit evidence of completed work (e.g., worksheets, reading logs) to: [email protected]
No refunds after 14 days or without proof of effort.
No refunds for digital products once accessed or downloaded.
All program content is owned by Reading Genius®. You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal use only.
Unauthorized distribution or duplication is strictly prohibited.
Reading Genius® is educational in nature. While we teach proven strategies, results vary based on effort.
We are not liable for:
Lack of progress due to user inaction
Technical disruptions outside our control
Indirect or consequential damages
Reading Genius® may update, modify, or discontinue any part of the program at any time.
In case of major changes, we will notify you and provide suitable alternatives when possible.
These terms are governed by the laws of Seychelles.
Any disputes will be under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Seychelles.
