MCAT 1st Exam Tip: Sleep well the night before your MCAT.
A rested mind almost always performs better. You'll find that MCAT Exams can be real tiring.

Research on brain waves shows that when you are in the right state, known as the "alpha state", your brain unlocks its memory banks and can retrieve and access knowledge more easily. MCAT 7th Exam Tip: Silence is Golden. Talking about the MCAT test creates pressure. Zone in on the information you need to know in order to pass the MCAT exam, not on how well you expect to do.

MCAT 8th Exam tip: Concentrate. Put all your focus on the MCAT. If you are thinking about other things or your emotions are running wild your ability to concentrate will be affected. In MCAT you need to shut out all extraneous thoughts. FOCUS!

MCAT 9th Exam Tip: Get into the Mind Of your MCAT Tester. Who is setting this MCAT exam and what do they want to see. On MCAT exams, you can research previous papers. Do it. It's a great help.

MCAT 10th Exam Tip: Practice passing. Buying MCAT past papers and books with previous exams is a major help. Use these papers to practice. There are patterns. Identify them.
